Position Tittle: Customer Representative – Remote Position (Within the State of California)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5 PM -Weekends 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Working Days:
 Rotational Shift/Schedule will be Provided – (Shift may include a Weekend Date – Saturday or Sunday)

Pay Rate: $18/Hr.

Position Description:

  • Answering Customer Product Inquiries 
  • Provide needed information for Troubleshooting
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction with both Products and Services
  • Issue Resolution of Technical Problems
  • Create Warranty Claims as Needed
  • Other duties may be Assigned
Requirements:

-Windows PC is Preferred
-Tech. Savvy
-Customer Service Skills
-Call Center Exp. is a PLUS
