Location: Panorama City, California 91402
Compensation: $22-24/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm

Work Location: Onsite- In person role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Panorama City in this role, you’ll be the frontline contact for our customers, helping with orders, answering product questions, and ensuring top-notch service throughout the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and vendors.
Process orders, quotes
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Support the sales team with administrative task as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
