Family oriented company in the Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Team.

Seeking a temporary assignment for a Customer Service Representative.  The assignment is approximately 4 months in length, starting May 19th and ending at the end of September. 

The position will be primarily remote but some training is likely to take place in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  Client will conduct over the phone interviews. 

The salary range is, $18.27 – $22.12/hour.


Summary of Position:

Primarily responsible for maintaining a high level of detail, quality, and professionalism while processing customer orders and answering inquiries in accordance with the company’s customer service policies. Under close supervision, provides timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to potential and current customers and sales representatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • 1 + years Customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills – team player/willingness to pitch in
  • Strong verbal, written communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel)
