Position Tittle: Customer Service Representative
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM, Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM, (9/80 Work Schedule)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $19/Hr. to $20/Hr. (DOE)
Position Duration: Temp. to Hire
Position Description:
- In Person (Face to Face) & Phone Customer Service
- Receive & Process Billing Payments (Cash/Check Handling)
- Account Review & Account Balancing
- Close / Open Accounts
- Administrative Duties
- Other duties may be assigned
-Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
-Must be able to pass an Extensive Background Check
-Experience with Cash Handling & Customer Service
-Ability to Multi-Task / Attentive to Detail
*Bilingual in English/Spanish is PLUS
*Interview Required
