Seeking Customer Service Representative
- Process high volume of retail purchase orders via phone, fax, email, web
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Assist sales and vendors with all promotions and special requests
- Must meet strict deadlines to complete daily orders
- Must have strong tenkey and typing skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Must have the ability to work overtime as needed
- Ten-Key Testing is required
- Starting salary of $20/Hr. Depending on Experience
- Schedule: M-Th 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM / F 7:30 AM to 4:00PM
- Located in Rancho Cucamonga , CA
