Industry and what does the company do?  The company’s corporate office based in Long Beach is seeking a Customer Service Representative!

Job Title:  Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location:  Long Beach

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 (depending on work experience) / Job Class: Temp-to-Hire

Description:
The position is the first point of contact for current and potential customers to establish a working relationship via phone, email, direct mail or in person. 

  • Resolve customer disputes
  • Interview/record customer information
  • General Office duties
  • Demonstrate effective use of software applications
  • Work in a fast paced, cooperative, and high call volume work environment
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or another relevant role
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • Pass background and drug screen
