Position: Customer Service Rep/Product Support
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Pay rate: $28.00 – 30.00

Description:

- Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Enter, edit, and expedite sales orders
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products
- Work closely with production and engineers on customers products
- Familiarize with company product to discuss with customers and explain technical features
- Write quotations when appropriate and follow-up
- Reporting to the Direct of Sales

Requirements:

- Industrial Instrumentation (flow) experience preferred
- Background in technical support, product support, and customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent teamwork and organization skills
- Experience becoming an “expert” in specific product offering
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates professionalism and good judgement

Education:

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Minimum of 3-4 years technical support experience
