What we’re looking for:

• BA Degree required
• Experience in mid-sized companies
• Hands-on leadership skills—lead a talented team of 6 professionals!
• A true strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading quarterly & annual closings independently
• Overseeing and reviewing journal entries and entries into the GL
• Preparing WIP reports & summaries
• Managing cash positions across multiple entities
• Filing state & federal payroll taxes and reports
• Reviewing cost and budget variances to keep the financials on track

Plus:

• Overseeing AR, AP, payroll, and labor compliance
• Managing weekly AR updates and billing reports for management
• Audit representation (insurance, payroll, and union trust)
• Collaborating with third-party partners and CPAs for tax filings and planning

Salary: $130K+ (DOE)
