Growing energy company  located in Irvine, CA has an immediate opening for a  Contract Administrator to add to their office. This is a full time permanent position with excellent salary and benefits package. 

In this fast paced role, you will review contracts as well as confidentiality agreements. At times will be collecting W-9 and articles of incorporation for new vendors. Position will also include conducting background checks and  researching new customers as needed to eliminate risk. 

SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution. Interacting with departments and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensuring accurate documentation and organization of all contracts. Facilitating contract renewals, extensions, and terminations according to company procedures. Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize contract management processes.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related.
• 2+ years in contract administration, preferably in the energy trading or commodities industry.
• Solid understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external individuals at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with  focus on accuracy and quality .
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign.


SALARY: $65,000-75,000/yr. + bonus
