Kimco Staffing is Currently hiring for a Cold Heading Operator in Tucson Arizona!

Hours : M-W: 5a – 4p, Th: 5a – 12p

Direct Hire

Pay: $23.12- $29.00

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cold header operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to troubleshoot upset conditions.
• Proficient in shop math.
• Proficient in use of precision measuring equipment.
• Prepare and set up cold heading machines according to work orders and specifications. . 
• Troubleshoot issues during production.
• Use measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers
• Perform maintenance tasks, including die changes and set up
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Steel toed shoes are required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Nakashimada or National Machinery cold forming equipment.
• Tool and Die background.
• CNC experience.
