Responsibility
- Setup and Operate HAAS CNC lathes
- Read and Edit Gcode as needed
- Read Blueprints to determine scope of job
- Use calipers and hand tools to complete jobs to scope
- 2+ years of CNC lathe setup, program editing, and operation.
- Algebraic skills from high school
- Capabilities in measurement
- Basic technical drawing interpretation
- Quality control requirements that are fundamental
- Safety requirements
- Mechanical skillsets
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to think critically
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- The ability to keep an eye on things
- The ability to manufacture products with tight tolerances
- The ability to accurately measure, cut, or work on goods.
