Join a dynamic, fast-paced insurance team in Irvine, CA where leadership, collaboration, and client satisfaction are key! We're looking for a hands on Client Services Manager to lead a talented group of Account Representatives and Managers supporting high-profile clients.

In this role, you will:

Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client service
Manage and mentor a high-performing remote/hybrid team
Drive project success from setup through delivery
Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Business Development teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Work hands on alongside your team handling clients' needs
Play a key role in strategy and process improvements

We're looking for someone with:

A Bachelor's degree
5+ years in customer service
4+ years of management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize and remain calm in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Technically savvy, and can pick up new software quickly
