Job Title: Business Developer – 1st Shift

Pay: $36.50 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Costa Mesa, Ca

Job Summary:
As a Business Developer, you will sell mental health kiosks to corporations, property management firms, airports, libraries, and other sectors, providing mental health services for employees and residents. Your main goal is to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with sales teams to create beneficial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate with stakeholders.
• Track the sales process and ensure contract execution.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor data.
• Develop strategic partnerships to grow the business.
• Manage budgets and track expenses.
• Lead market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in business, marketing, finance, or sales.
• Strong business acumen and financial data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
