Job Title: Brake Press Operator (2nd Shift)

Shift Hours: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (plus OT)

Location: South Bay

Pay: $22.00 / Job Class: Temp-to-Hire

Description:
Sets up and operates heavy duty power brake to bend, notch, punch, form rolls, arc or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes to blueprint or sketch specifications.

Select, position, and align Machinery
Operate CNC controls
Lay outs according to blueprints or templates
Preheating
Grinding
Verify dimensions on work pieces

Required

Must demonstrate common sense and possess mechanical aptitude and abilities Experience/Training/Education/Certification
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mylars
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Pass background and drug screen
