We are currently seeking a Billing Analyst for a temp to hire position.

Position will be working onsite and pay is $21.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Analyst:

• Responsible for generating, pricing and checking meter reads for accuracy
• Verify and ensure all key account maintenance are included: credit memos, local bills, meter change orders and customer information changes
• Generate the daily billing and prepare the billing files
• Mail out any delinquent notices 
• Print final bills and refund checks 
• Prepare the daily bank deposits and cash reports
• Process all payments and reconcile
• Resolve any discrepancies and and handle customer calls

Requirement for the Billing Analyst:

• High School Diploma 
• 1+ years of office experience and strong computer knowledge
• Experience with Word and Excel 
• AS400 experience a plus
• Experience with billing and remittances, is a plus 
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
