Responsibilities:
- Process and generate accurate customer invoices for freight and logistics services
- Verify billing details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
- Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams to streamline the billing process
- Maintain records, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of billing experience, preferably in trucking, logistics, or a similar industry
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with billing software and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team setting
