About Us:
Our client is a plastic manufacturing company specializing in custom fabrication and assembly solutions. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team on a long-term project with the potential for full-time hire.

Position Summary:
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, gluing, and kitting plastic parts for a large, ongoing project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual assembly and a strong work ethic. Additional experience in fabrication and power tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, glue, and kit plastic parts according to work instructions and specifications

• Ensure quality and consistency in all assembled products

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Assist with light fabrication tasks as needed

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred

• Experience with gluing or bonding materials is a plus

• Familiarity with basic power tools and fabrication equipment a bonus

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
