Accounts Receivable Supervisor – Manufacturing – Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

A leading manufacturing company in Irvine, CA, is seeking two Accounts Receivable Supervisors for an 18-month contract. These roles will provide leadership and oversight while the current team supports an SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 AR professionals
Oversee monthly AR close and ensure consistent processes
Manage credit approvals, releases, and high-volume reconciliations
Research and resolve credit holds with effective stakeholder communication
Review and process credit applications and increases
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience in accounts receivable or credit
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with high-volume reconciliations
Expertise in credit approvals, releases, and memos
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable using MS Teams for meetings and training

Pay: $40–$50/hr DOE | Schedule: Hybrid (2 days remote after training)
