? Position Details:

  • Location: Newport Beach, CA
  • Pay: $35/hour
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vital support to our Purchasing Manager and Engineering Team.
  • Coordinate and manage purchasing requests with precision and timeliness.
  • Communicate directly with vendors to ensure seamless processes and strong partnerships.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and projects using Microsoft Suite and Dropbox.

? What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Dropbox.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate and adapt to new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to juggle tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
