Location: Lynwood
Position: Accounting Support Clerk
Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour + overtime 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM (45-min lunch from 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM)

Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Support Specialist to join a fun & friendly team in Lynwood! As they continue to grow, they are in of motivated individual who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact in supporting our accounting team.

What You'll Do:

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Perform data entry, filing, and organization of accounting records
• Assist with system implementation—helping transition data from Genesis (DOS) to Epicor
• Help with day-to-day accounting tasks to keep everything running smoothly

What We Need from You:

• 5 to 10+ years of AP/AR experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Epicor or larger ERPs is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel (data entry and formulas)
