Location: Near Carson (On-site Monday–Thursday, Work from Home Fridays)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in near Carson. This is a new role created to support our growing accounting department. The Accounting Manager will oversee accounts payable and general ledger functions, managing a team of 6 direct reports.

Responsibilities:

Supervise 5 AP Clerks and 1 GL Supervisor (who manages a team of 3)
Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Work closely with the Controller to improve processes and support business goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in accounting leadership roles
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
