Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with at least 3 years of experience to manage month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to wear many hats in a small, growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Month-End Close and ensure financial statements are accurate and delivered on time.
• Prepare Journal Entries and assist in preparing Balance Sheets and Cash Flow statements.
• Manage Financial Statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and other key financial reports.
• Assist with Ad-Hoc Projects and financial analysis as needed.
• Provide support for Commissions and Accounts Receivable tracking.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Degree or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, specifically in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of Month-End Close, Journal Entries, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Cash Flow management, Balance Sheets, and other key financial processes.
• Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other advanced functions).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with company leadership.
