Job Title: 2nd Shift – Metal Polisher/Finisher
Location: Huntington Beach, Ca
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 2:15pm – 11:00pm
Pay: $22.00/hr

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Metal Polisher/Finisher to join our Huntington Beach, CA team. You will be responsible for polishing, sandblasting, and finishing metal parts to meet high-quality standards using specialized equipment. Attention to detail and efficiency are key in ensuring the quality of the finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sandblast metal surfaces to prepare them for finishing.
• Operate polishing lathe machines and buffer equipment to smooth, satin, and polish metal parts.
• Apply metal plating and living finishes to achieve desired colors and textures.
• Utilize burnishing machines and electro-stripping processes to refine finishes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished parts meet specifications.
• Stage and organize parts for further processing and assembly.
• Maintain equipment and tools used for metal finishing.
• Complete tasks as directed by supervisors and assist with inventory tracking.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and meet production goals.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods, bend, twist, kneel, and perform other physical tasks.
• Visual examination of finished parts to ensure quality.
