We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED Cherry Picker Operators for the City of Hesperia.

Shift :

2nd – 3:30 pm-12 am- with Mon- Friday with daily OT and weekends as scheduled)

**All shift hours are based off of workload**

Job Summary:

The Cherry Picker Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely operating a cherry picker to move, locate, relocate, and stack products within the distribution center. This position requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, is flexible in their tasks, and is comfortable working at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store products at various heights within the warehouse.
• Use an RF scanner to accurately track and manage inventory.
• Pick and stage orders as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure the cherry picker is in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and meet distribution goals.
• Flexibly get on and off the cherry picker to perform various tasks as required.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, and pull 50-75+ lbs. throughout the shift.
• Frequent climbing on and off the cherry picker as needed.
• Comfortable working at heights to retrieve and store products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
