Job Title: 1st Shift – Finisher
Location: Huntington Beach, Ca
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 5:15am – 2:00pm
Pay: $18.50/hr
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Finisher to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves various metal finishing tasks to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. You will work closely with the Finishing Department to prepare and polish metal parts, applying finishes, and ensuring all products meet our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sandblasting metal parts using high-pressure air equipment.
- Operating polishing and buffing equipment to smooth and finish metal surfaces.
- Applying metal plating and living finishes through chemical processes.
- Electro-stripping and peeling parts for finishing preparation.
- Scanning and advancing production tickets in the ERP system.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow safety regulations.
- Ability to work with chemical solutions, power tools, and in various environmental conditions.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. with at least six months of relevant experience.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
