Position: Sales Executive
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (remote opportunity, however need to be located in or around the Dallas-Fort Worth area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 CST
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 base DOE,Plus Commission
Key Responsibilities of Sales Executive:
- Utilize market research and data analysis to identify potential client companies that require staffing agency services.
- Prioritize decision makers based on their level of influence and relevance to your sales efforts.
Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Promote and sell our staffing agency services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
Business/Job Order Generation:
- Generate business/job orders from clients and prospects.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Fee Agreement Negotiation:
- Negotiate fee agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with the management team to set competitive pricing strategies.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess their needs and provide proactive solutions.
Exemplary Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
