Job Description
Well hello there! Kimco is a wicked awesome recruiting firm that has partnered up with a great organization in Syracuse that is looking for Corporate Customer Service Reps. This is a full time direct hire position that offers a consistent 40 hours a week in a collaborative work environment. Our client is involved in the emergency industry, thus, this is a position that TRULY makes an impact on people's lives, here is a breakdown of duties and desired skills/experience:

Core Duties:

  • Process both inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Provide detail oriented customer support
  • Follow company procedures and protocols at all times
  • Work with a purpose and sense of urgency to assist customers

Desired Experience:

  • Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer facing experience (retail and/or service background is great!)
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, and typing skills
