The company we represent is the leading provider of electronic security monitoring services, islooking for highly driven and motivated Customer Service Professionals to join a successful and fastgrowing team in our Las Vegas, NV office. This is an amazingopportunity to join a dynamic company and start a new and exciting career in our state of the are West Coast location.

**$500 bonus after 90 days**
Days: Very flexible schedule
Pay: 41,600 a year or $20 an hour

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented,a fastlearner, be able to effectively communicate, and carry a strong sense of care and urgency.

  • Communicate in response to alarm emergencies for homes and businesses
  • Receive and process inbound calls from customers and authority agencies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Uphold policies and procedures to maintain excellent quality assurance
  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, positive, welcoming and friendly attitude
