Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Yorba Linda, CA
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Description:As a Customer Service Representative at CA, you will be the first point of contact for our valuedcustomers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues,and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Providing information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional andempathetic manner.
• Processing orders, returns, and replacements.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in customer service software.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• ERP and CRM experience is preferred.
• Locking Industry experience is preferred.
