The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders and determining requirements, answering customer inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current and accurate information in all databases.
·A minimum 2 years of customer support experience
·High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Must possess a positive attitude, be an active listener and team player
·Maintain composure and professionalism
·Flexible to work in various areas of our customer service department
·Experienced with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.com (CSRM system), and other data entry applications
·Medical device/Dental product knowledge a plus
