Job Description

Our client is within the construction industry and is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Job Title
: Administrative Assistant
Hours:1st Shift, M - F from 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay: $16.00 -$17.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location:Anaheim Hills, CA

Job Duties:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks and duties to include answering and directing phone calls, managing company's main email inbox and routing mail

  • Processing of various information to include estimates, customer invoices, payments, documentation, and verification of numbers/calculations

  • Maintaining information such as sorting documents and upkeep of files

  • Perform other duties as needed or requested

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience working within the construction industry or service industry such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.

  • 2 years minimum experience working within an office environment providing administrative support

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook; QuickBooks experience is considered a plus!

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Good math skills

  • Valid Driver's License
