Our client is within the construction industry and is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours:1st Shift, M - F from 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay: $16.00 -$17.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location:Anaheim Hills, CA
Perform a variety of administrative tasks and duties to include answering and directing phone calls, managing company's main email inbox and routing mail
Processing of various information to include estimates, customer invoices, payments, documentation, and verification of numbers/calculations
Maintaining information such as sorting documents and upkeep of files
Perform other duties as needed or requested
2 years experience working within the construction industry or service industry such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.
2 years minimum experience working within an office environment providing administrative support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook; QuickBooks experience is considered a plus!
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Good math skills
Valid Driver's License
