HR Administrative Assistant Opening in Orange County
Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hr DOE Location: Tustin, California
Company Overview: Our client a leader in producing highly-advanced digital copiers, peripherals, printed circuit boards, thermal media, toner, parts, recycled, toner cartridges and customer configured products, is looking for a HR Admin for their facility in Tustin.
Duration: 5 Months to cover a LOA
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
Sort incoming and stamp outgoing mail, prepare FedEx packages.
Sort and distribute bi-weekly payroll checks.
Order office supplies, assist vendors delivering supple at work sites as needed and prepare business cards.
Prepare expense documentation and A/P vouchers for payment of invoices, investigate discrepancies and prepare expense accruals.
Process tuition reimbursement request and verify data entry
Assist in coordination of summer and holiday event activities
Provide forms and direct employees who come to HR for assistance
Prepare information packets for employees
Create and send emails as requested.
Minimum Requirements Include:
Must be Bilingual in Spanish
High School Graduate or equivalent
A minimum 1-2 years of related administrative experience required
Good knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate Word and Excel skills required, including intermediate pivot table experience.
Ability to solve semi-routine administrative problems.
Ability and willingness to walk to other buildings at the work site required.
