Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temp to Hire)
Pay:$18-23 (depending on experience) Monday thru Friday8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Summary: The position works in a fast-paced environment with tightdeadlines and must learn customer expectations and industry standards. The CSR must also follow up on parts orderissues, gather information, and take on action items as needed. In addition, the CSR enters data into casemanagement tools and documents internal and external customer supportfeedback. The CSR reports to the customersupport supervisor in the customer support organization.
