Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $17.00per hour

Schedule: Tues- Friday 9 AM- 5:30 PM, Saturday 6 AM-2:30 PM

Location: Bell, CA

TheCustomer Service Representativewill be responsible for the following:

  • Process all incoming customer orders.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers on all all issues relating to their orders.
  • Assist with IT support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Tech Savvy with the ability to relocate equipment.
  • Update software and troubleshoot.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software and SAP or ERP is helpful.
