Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pmPay Range: $20-25/hr. depending on level of experience.Duties will include:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Answering phones
- Customer service-Helping customers with questions on the phone and through responding to email
- Data entry of customer orders
- Shipping and receiving orders as needed
- Using Sage software (for A/R and A/P)
- Using MS Office
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing and processing orders
