Job Title: Facilities Technician
Pay:$23-$25 per hour DOE
Schedule:M-F 8 AM- 5 PM
Location:Santa Fe Springs, CA
The Facilities Technician will respond and complete facilities related requests, be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work independently, in a team environment, problem solver and Excellent Customer Service skills.Basic Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC experience.General maintenance and moving/relocate office furniture. The facilities technician will also be responsible for daily and monthly tasks that pertain to operational activities and ability to work well without constant, direct supervision. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, roof ladders and ladders.Ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50lbs or more. Valid California Driver’s License, Good Driving record/Clean DMV Pull Sheet.
