Hours 8am-5pm

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative, to help support our growing Regional Sales team in the Premises segment. This role requires tight interaction with sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, managing our software-based renewal cycle, supporting pipeline hygiene and deal velocity, as well as ensuring operational excellence in order fulfilment. A key component to this role is building, maintaining, and expanding a strong relationship with our partner base and customers. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a willingness to learn the ins and outs of our business, and a self-motivated individual that takes initiative.   • Sources new sales opportunities through inbound & outbound lead qualification via specified communication cadence
  • Builds and maintains strong partner & end user account relationships which includes understanding needs, resolving customer issues, identifying sales opportunities, providing product feature knowledge, as well as understanding the marketplace and competition
  • Manages license administration and renewal cycle for Identiv’s software-based products within designated territory
  • Maintains integrity of account, opportunity, and contact data within Salesforce
  • Supports Regional Sales reps in designated territory with Salesforce pipeline hygiene as well as accelerates velocity by managing the sales cycle for run rate business.
  • Utilizes product knowledge to configure price quotes in Salesforce and partners with cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes related to the order fulfillment cycle
  • Identifies opportunities for upselling complimentary/supplementary products with partners and end users
  • Supports Regional Sales team in sales discovery calls with partners and end users to enhance customer experience
