Job Description
Kimco has partnered with a non-profit organization in Orange County and we have an immediate need for a PT Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work PT with a flexible work schedule!

Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Pay: $20.00 per hour

This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the CEO and other support staff.

Duties:
  • Manage email communications, scheduling meetings and ordering office supplies
  • Answer and route calls to the appropriate person(s)
  • Greet visitors, accept deliveries, manage and distribute mail
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of Administrative Experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
