Growing manufacturing company in Santa Ana now hiring experiencedHR Manager to join their team! In this role you will be an HR Leader, NOT just an Administrator. Will be reporting to the HR Director and will have 1-2 direct reports.
This is a non union facility with between 200-300 employees.
- Degree - preferred or min of 5-10 years experience in similar role.
- Experience and personality are key and highest priority
- High sense of urgency
- Benefits administration preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
- Great leadership skills
