Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for the following:
- Performs all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Serves as a leader within the company by working cohesively with other departments.
- Investigates/resolves a variety of issues/requests for customers and fulfillment needs.
- Serves as the point of contact for customers by via telephone, fax, and email channels.
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner as assigned by management
- Responsible for handling inquiries, via fax, phone, e-mail, and hardcopy.
- Receives incoming customer calls for orders or inquiries.
- Handle any special projects as assigned
Qualifications for the Customer Service Rep:
- Basic PC skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Detail orientated and responsible
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities
- Ability to use good judgment and work well under pressure
- A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service environment is required
- Proven skills in critical thinking and problem solving. As well as, strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
