ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Designs packaging, marketing collateral and sales support materials for multiple international markets following brand guidelines and maintaining global brand standards
·Maintains an understanding of International Marketing requirements, and serve as subject matter expert within the Brand Marketing Department
·Supports domestic Design team with the ability to fill in on projects when necessary
The requirements for this position will include but not be limited to the following:
·Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
·Broad design knowledge including experience with packaging; signage; print ads; brochures; catalogs; corporate identity; POP displays; instruction sheets, banners, tradeshow materials and display graphics
·Ability to create line art, decals, product/POG renderings.
·Strong knowledge of digital file preparation for print production.
·Web/Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
·Must be capable of standing walking bending and sitting on a frequent basis with capability of lifting up to 20 lbs. on an occasional basis.
·Able to adjust work schedule to help facilitate communication with global teams.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
·Must have excellent computer skills and understand both PC and Macintosh Platforms with expertise in the following software: Outlook, Excel, MS Word, MS, Office PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud:(Illustrator, Photoshop, In-design, Premiere PRO).
·Familiarity with font management programs such as Suitcase Fusion, etc., and FTP programs such as BOX.com
·Experience with Esko Visualizer, Web Center, and Digital Asset Management solutions is a plus
·A Personal Portfolio that demonstrates excellent skills in creativity, branding, typography, layout, color theory, illustrative skills and print experience
