Awesome manufacturer of helmets is seeking a dedicated Transformation Assistant.

Full-timePosition, temp to hire
Schedule 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday
Great 4/10 work schedule
Pay: $20/hr. or higher depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System, review, and continuously improve processes, including recording and documenting all necessary information to comply with ISO 9001
• Complete internal audits to ensure compliance to company processes and to identify and resolve gaps
• Assist with training development, change management, process improvement implementation, and effectiveness evaluations
• Maintain all business analytics ensuring effective, relevant information is obtained
• Analyze and prepare meaningful reports based off data and identify trends
• Understand NFPA and ISO guidelines
• Understand and maintain knowledge of company processes and systems
• Oversee and ensure effective RMA process
• Oversee the non-conforming product area and ensure that all non-conforming products are properly documented
• Track internal and external defects
• Participate and engage in workgroups providing compliance guidance and maintaining a continuous improvement focus
