Kimco Staffingis currently looking for an Onsite Recruiter in the City of Redlands. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires constant multi-tasking with the ability to still complete daily tasks.

Workspace is located within Kimco's client site in the warehouse.Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities Onsite Recruiter:

• Answer phone (high call volume)
• Greet applicants
• Place associates to work
• Perform in-person and over the phone interviews
• Full Cycle Recruiting (Interview, I-9, W-4, Everify, employee agreements, placements)
• Provide job details to candidates
• Conduct onsite Hiring Events
• Flexible schedule with working anywhere in the IE based off work need- main office assignment is in Redlands

Requirements:

• Must be well versed with Microsoft office programs
• PREFERED-RECRUITER APPLICANT with PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH VOLUME RECRUITMENT
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be bilingual (English/ Spanish)
