Kimco Staffingis currently looking for an Onsite Recruiter/Staffing Assistant in thecity ofRancho Dominguez. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires constant multi-tasking with the ability to still complete daily tasks.

Workspace is located within Kimco's client site in the warehouse.Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities Onsite Recruiter:

• Answer phone (high call volume)
• Greet applicants
• Place associates to work
• Perform in-person and over the phone interviews
• Confirm onsite employees for the next day of work
• Full Cycle Recruiting (I-9, W-4, Everify, employee agreements)
• Provide job details to candidates
• Conduct onsite Hiring Events
• Must be versatile, able to recruit and help with onsite responsibilities (confirmations, delivering associates, responding to client emails)
• Flexible schedule (between 5 am - 9 am) - to support business needs

Requirements:

• Must be well versed with Microsoft office programs
• Must be able to work remotely and in the office
• PREFERED-RECRUITER APPLICANT with PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH VOLUME RECRUITMENT
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be bilingual (English/ Spanish)
