Job Description

Growing Company in the city of Rancho Dominguez is looking to hire an office Administrator! Direct Hire opportunity with great benefits.



Salary- $26/Hr
Shift- 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)



Summary

The office administrator coordinates clerical activities to ensure our business operations maintain efficiency and compliance with company policy and procedures.Reports to the Director of Operations

Position Responsibilities Include:

·Process customer purchase orders using an enterprise resource planning software

·Generate and file internal sales orders

·Process customer invoices and follow up on accounts receivable aging

·Manage customer inquiries on order status

·Manage customer inquiries on requests for quote and submittals

·Process material purchase orders with suppliers

Qualifications:

·Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·Ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment

·Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

·Ability to work under limited supervision

·Attention to detail and accuracy while working within a fast-paced production environment

•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

·2+ years of administrator experience in a manufacturing environment
