Job Description

Great company in Rancho Cucamonga is seek a qualified Quality Assurance Clerk to join there team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check daily updates of Documentation from Contract Manufacturers
  • Download updated documents to designated folders
  • Review each document and make sure that it has the correct, complete, current and consistent information
  • Consolidate, scan and review all the top-level documents for each KIT including top level CoC (Certificate of Conformance), System Traveler, Final Inspection Records, IUID scanned page, Turnkey page, Test Audit Report, and Non-Conformance Material Report (if needed). Make sure that all the documents are completely and accurately filled out
  • Returned/Corrected/Updated documents from Contract Manufacturers and Manufacturing-Document Control must be re-checked for completeness and accuracy. At all times, proceed to updating the designated folders for all the corrected documentations
  • Create folder for each KIT by Serial Number in BHB folder. Making sure that all the required documentations are complete
  • Complete all the online and classroom trainings associated to program documentation practices if required
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as deliveries of products are being source inspected
  • Responsible for own project progress and handling of any documentation issues that arise
  • Work with department Lead to eliminate blockers
  • Supports maintaining master libraries for Build History Book
  • Flag identified errors or inconsistencies by e-mail to assigned POC (Point-of-Contact) or Quality personnel to contact Contract Manufacturers for corrections
  • Create folders for each serial number per unit. Following the structure provided in the Build Book procedures
  • Any identified top-level documentation errors and/ or inconsistencies must be communicated by e-mail to designated POC (Point-of-Contact) or Quality personnel to contact Manufacturing – Document Control
  • Will work with the Quality team on various other tasks such as data collection, document scanning, and preparing power point presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 2-3 years’ related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Some experience in document control/configuration management/data collection/verification, experience with EPDM and Epicor is preferred
  • Must have experience working in a co-development environment with tight, customer driven schedules
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on proficiency with Excel
  • Some aerospace background preferred. Working with government or military documentation is essential
