Great manufacturing company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an Administrative Assistant !!!

This Corporation has been around more than 100 years.

This position would work our alternative workweek of 9/80.

• 1^stShift- 8 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Fri with alternating Friday’s off Plut OT

• Located in the area of Rancho Cucamonga.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00hr.

• The organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within established deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
• Working knowledge of the functionality of an ERP system and parameter settings
• Great verbal skills – communicate to vendors
• Complete tasks in the required timeframe
• Strong PC literacy

EXPERIENCE:

1 - 3 years of field related experience.
