•Provide technical, application, and product support to the global sales team and customers.
• Lead qualification and follow-up.
• Maintaining the CRM database, price lists & supporting documentation.
• Communicating customers’ present and future technical requirements to the product management team.
• Together with our Marketing team plan, define, and execute marketing communication strategies for the oxygen product range.
• Review documentation and provide feedback based on customer experiences.
• Build & maintain customer relationships.
•Manage key customer accounts.
• The role requires strong motivation, the desire to learn, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work on various projects and multi-task.
•Organizational skills in managing own responsibilities and time to achieve objectives and deadlines are a must.
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of Scientific or technical background(Engineering or Science would be a major plus).
• Self-motivated and a team player with a customer-focused mindset.
•Electronics orsemiconductor/chip sales experience a huge plus
•Strong follow through skills with customers
•Will travel 3-4 times a year to exhibitions (Chicago, Houston, Vegas). It’s typically a full week of travel
• Problem solving, “can do” attitude, and prepared to learn.
• Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and tolerance towards different interpersonal styles.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Dynamics experience would be a key advantage.
•Must have Passport and be able to travel occasionally as needed.
