Job Description
Growing real estate company in Newport Beach is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join their growing team!
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for handlingall communications, public relations and marketing activities to support the firm’s strategy. This includes overseeing the development, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures and ads as well as keeping the brand in front of the target audience. The manager is responsible for speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities. Website maintenance, social media participation and government and investor communications are other included tasks.

Main Duties Will Include:
  • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message that aligns with marketing strategy
  • Develop marketing and communication strategy/plan that is consistent with company vision and strategy
  • Create, deliver, and edit communication materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and in a timely manner
  • Develop new community events and all signage
  • Work with team to develop ideas that translates company's unique value proposition within the industry
  • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
  • Manage the existing team of Design and PR consultants as well as interact with all functions of the organizations to develop high quality marketing materials
  • Update all Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
  • Track and analyze results of all marketing efforts and recommend marketing strategies to achieve desired results
  • Design and order company marketing materials and swag for events and personnel
  • Assist the team in the development of communication material to internal and external audiences
  • Comfortable giving presentations occasionally as needed
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments; and work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, & 5 years of related experience.
•Must be organized, very detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in an intimate environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop and build systems from scratch
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under stress, with interruptions and deadlines.
• Think logically in following procedures and instructions
