About the Job

We have excitingopportunities for Outside Sales Executives in our North and South Orange County markets.As a Sales Executive you will have the opportunity to increase sales bydeveloping new accounts through sales activity, including cold calls,appointments, networking, etc. Using exemplary customer service, SalesExecutives will build client relationships and ensure successful clientdevelopment.

Salary:Salary range of 60K - 70K plus commission, quarterly, and annual bonus incentives

What You’ll Be Doing

• Using a consultative approach, sell Kimco’s service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
• Generate business/job orders and negotiate fee agreements.
• Ensure a high degree of client satisfaction with our services.
• Build solid relationships with new and existing clients to ensure loyalty.

What You Need to BeSuccessful

• The passion and fire of a successful salesperson.
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B experience,
• MUST HAVE 3 YEARS OF STAFFING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
• Strong organizational, verbal and written skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to effectively communicate with associates and prospective clients at all levels and with prospective clients.
• Able to quickly adapt to internal/external changes to meet corporate and client responsibilities.
• Proficiency in the use and operation of a computer system and software.
